The Alert Bay 360 crew puts the health and safety of our participants, sponsors, and community first. In the event the paddle needs to be cancelled for any of these reasons, you may choose one of the following:
1. Hold as a credit for the following year.
2. Refund.
3.Donation for future events.
ONLY THE VESSEL IS REGISTERED.
The cost to register each vessel is $30.00. The vessel will be given a number, and this number will be used in the Random Prize Draw (once you have completed the race). This number will also be used to determine the vessel's official finishing time. The number will be given to the person who registered the vessel at the final registration table on Sunday race day. This number must be worn and clearly visible during the event. This number should be worn on the front of your PFD and be clearly visible.
Once you have registered and paid you will still have to pick up your number at the registration desk on Sunday race day between 8:00AM and 10:30AM.
Very Important:
ALL PADDLERS MUST SIGN THE LIABILITY WAIVER FORM at the final registration table prior to the start of the event. Failure to sign will automatically disqualify the vessel, including all other paddlers in the vessel, from the event.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety issues, inflatable vessels of any kind are prohibited from the race.
